Outgoing calls

We are currently experiencing issues in calling numbers outside our district. This issue does not affect incoming calls. We are working with our vendors to resolve the issue. Thank you for your patience as we continue to work on the issue.

We are currently having an unexpected outage with the clever application. This will affect access to other clever applications as well. We are working on getting a resolution for this issue with our vendors. We will update you when the issue has been resolved.

Services Restored: Some network services offline - Internet Provider Outage

12:13 - Skyward should be working for all staff again. Please let Technology know via Bear Tech if you continue to have any network or internet related issues. We will be making a few tweaks to the network after school hours this evening or early tomorrow morning to make it even more resilient in the future. Those tweaks should not be noticed by staff or students, however, please report anything not working as expected. Thank you for your support as we worked through this problem.
11:30 - We continue to work with our partners on Skyward. A few staff have reported other internet related anomalies. Please continue to report them and we will check that all of them are resolved in due course. Thank you again for your patience. We will update this post in about 1 hour.
9:30 - We have run into some roadblocks restoring Skyward. We are working with our partners to get it back up and going as soon as we can. Next update at 10:30.
8:30 - We believe we are 15-30 minutes from restoring Skyward access. Thank you for your patience. We will update this thread when access is restored or by 9:30.
7:35 - Destiny and PDExpress should both be back online. We are working on Skyward now. This post to be updated by 8:30 AM.
We received word that one of our internet providers is having issues with their service. We have taken steps to restore network and internet access to all schools. However, the outage continues to affect access to Skyward (including TrueTime), Destiny, and PDExpress. Synergy should NOT be affected. This post will be updated by 8:30 AM.

Synergy Slowness & Unresponsiveness

We are having an issue with Synergy being slow and/or unresponsive this morning. This is an unexpected outage/issue on their end with all of the schools on their hosted site. Their techs are working on the issue. We will let you know when the issue is resolved.
